  "Actually found Leo's on Trip Advisor and wanted a decent restaurant near Blithewood mansion. The service was quick and friendly. The lasagna had plenty of sauce and the right amount of hamburg and cheese - pretty generous portion too."

  "Food was very good and our server was kind (but too busy). We were a party of 10 and they accommodated us nicely. The only real problem was a big one though. My husband's meal was served at least 10 minutes after the rest of the table was served. It was very uncomfortable, with many at the table..." attempting to wait until he was served. There was no mention of what error occurred...the waitress simply kept apologizing. We assumed his dinner would not be included on the bill. It was, and not only that, some at the table had ordered dessert (which is an easy compensation most restaurants use if they don't actually comp the meal itself) and we were charged for everything. I need to mention that we are not complainers (hence all the charges obviously) but it is sad that the restaurant did not "do the right thing" by it's customers that night. We left our usual generous tip, but I hope that the waitress (and manager who was there) will reconsider the way they handle situations like t... " More >
