Whenever someone talked about the "Dewolf" I expected much more then what we got. Our server seemed to have an attitude as if he was better then my friends and myself. He also seemed to order a girl around not sure if that was her job or just a nice girl, but never heard him say please or thank you.... More

The atmosphere, decor and staff were all wonderful. I love the rustic look and feel. A bit chilly during the cold months. Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed with the food though. It wasn't bad. Just wasn't much to write about. Don't let that stop you from giving them a try though. You may have different tastes than I.

The restaurant decor is very cool: stone walls, exposed beams, etc. The food was also good. The service by the waitress and hostess was mediocre. The main problem for us was that the restaurant started to noticeably shut itself down about an hour before its posted closing time. We had a 9:15 reservation and the whole evening felt rushed. The... More

Five of us met up at DeWolf Tavern last night. We had a splendid meal with excellent serving staff. The wine was excellent and even more so because on a Tuesday night a selection of bottled wine is half price! All of us enjoyed our meals. I had the seafood stew which had a really good sauce. The scallops were... More

We sat at the outdoor bar before dinner and enjoyed well prepaired drinks while watching the boats come and go in the harbor. Very enjoyable. We moved inside for dinner so we could absorb the atmosphere of the old historic warehouse. Beautiful. The service was delightful, but slow. There were so many interesting appetizers and 'small dishes' that we ended... More

Great ambiance, neat decor, white tablecloth, a perfect setting for a perfect meal. The dishes have an Indian touch, but yet it's not an Indian restaurant. Appears to be American fare, with light Indian spices. I highly recommend the Tandoori pork chop, which is served with spiced cauliflower.Companion had steak sandwich was on Naan bread. Great cocktails to go with... More

We sat outside, overlooking the water. Very pleasant staff. We had appetizers and drinks, and enjoyed both, especially the little flatbread pizza with smoked salmon and cream cheese.. Interesting old building in an old town, nicely refurbished.

Wonderful seafood with an influence of India. The grits had a lovely pop of mustard seed and exquisite cheese. The salmon was the best I've ever eaten-and I've eaten a lot. Subtle flavors, lovely execution. The only downside was the service could have been a wee bit better.

unpretentious surrounding right near the harbor belies great attention to quality in food and service. Lunch there was a thoroughly pleasant experience
