Redneck sangria is very good. Love sitting by the big open window at a high top on a nice night. The Bars wood architecture is very cool.

Excellent food, and try to get one of the few outdoor tables. Great place to soak up the atmosphere of Bristol. Very friendly staff.

I have been here 3 or 4 times since it opened in 2014 and have only had good experiences. The food is consistently good and the bartender great. There can sometimes be a wait since there are no reservations, it's one of the better local choices. I like the variety on the menu (have had salmon panzanella, burgers, steak, salads)...

The food here isn't your average pub food. They have creative and delicious burgers, chicken wings and salads as well as a couple of veggie dishes to choose from. They even make pizzas. The beverage selection, including beer, wine and mixed drinks, is extensive.

We live in Newport but wanted to branch out and try somewhere new. Judge Roy Bean didn't disappoint. The food was mostly great, burger was medium still dry somehow, fries were perfect! We went in for dinner on a Thursday night... My friend had the eggplant meatballs (delicious) I had a burger (also very good). We split some wings as well because they were pomegranate, which was different but in a good way... Service was Ok not great, atmosphere was nice but the lights were beaming on high (dim those lights guys!!!!!!!!)...
