Popped in for a great cortado - excellent fresh bean drink. The grilled cheese was very good too. Friendly staff and you can sit out the front, in the sunshine, because there is currently no eat-in.

We finished lunch and stopped by for a cappuccino before visiting the Linden Place Mansion. It's more of a stop and go coffee shop so you probably won't linger.

My friend and I went for a cycling round trip from Providence to Newport. Chelsea was kind enough to accommodate us as we arrived a few minutes before 8am in Bristol. I highly recommend this cafe. I will definitely come back with more cycling friends....The cafe is located near the end of Bristol Bike Path. Perfect for your pre and post work out drinks and meals.More

I live nearby and often have out of state friends visiting. I always love to take them to Bristol to see this beautiful, patriotic town. We strolled down the main street looking for a lunch venue. Once inside this little coffee shop/cafe, we asked what...the lunch menu was. The woman behind the counter was not real anxious to offer the information and instead pointed us to the wall behind us where the menu was. I'm a 2x cancer survivor, I love salads and asked if the greens were organic. Well, the reaction was not answered in a very polite manner...and there was an "edge" to her attitude and answers to any of our questions. Since this was our only dining experience for the day in Bristol, it was disappointing. I won't be back. There are many other options in Bristol.More

I was looking for a late afternoon coffee in Bristol and decided to try this place. Often, coffee in the afternoon could be sitting around for a while with a burnt or stale taste. At Angelina's NO WORRY--they brew each cup to order and also...grind the beans freshly as you order. This yields a superb cup of coffee at only slightly more than chain prices and in a much nicer atmosphere. This will be my go-to place whenever I'm in the area.More

The race for Bristol espresso quality is on: Angelina's vs. Empire. Angelina's was my favorite for a couple of years, but then my preference moved to Empire after an ownership change at Angelina's, where things seemed to slip just a bit. But last trip, I...tried both, one after the other, and found them dead even, both at quite a high level. Which is you favorite?More

I stopped with a date in Angelina's for a quick coffee. The shop is right off the main street of Bristol so parking can be an issue. The staff was alright, the coffee was better than average. The space inside was kinda weird. Nothing bad...here but nothing really stuck out and "wowed".More

Way off it’s game under the new ownership. Used to be a highlight of every Bristol visit and I was always taking it up to locals and visitors alike. But coffee sourcing changed and preparation attentiveness has degraded significantly and several recent visits show zero...recovery, so my regular spot is now Empire Coffee.More

Really used to look forward to absolutely top-notch espresso here every time in town. Visiting last week, I came in as always, but the espresso was not even in the same class. Thinking it was just a bad pull, I ordered another to take with...me. Same disappointment; nothing like before. In town again this weekend, I gave it another try. Same deal. I asked what had changed and was told ownership some months back but. It coffee. In any case, for my three attempts, it has degraded significantly, from just about world class to merely average. At the highish price, it should be excellent and I was happy to pay before. Now I’ll be looking for another place.More

Hands down this is the place to get coffee in Bristol. They fresh brew each cup to order. A small selection of goodies to eat with your coffee are available. Good music is always playing inside and some outside seating is available.

We stopped 4 times while visiting Bristol. One of us likes dark roast, the other lattes. Dark roast is made one cup at a time from freshly ground beans and is as good as I've ever had anywhere. The latte was better than any of...the chains. There were different baristas each time we visited and all were super friendly. The only issue you may have here is making a latte the old fashioned way and brewing coffee to order makes for a less speedy experience. So if you have to "grab and go" Angelina's may not work for you. We had 3 mornings in Bristol, and went to Angelina's 4 times. We love coffee. Nuff said! Thanks!More
