Great pub experience

Aidan's is down near the waterfront with good parking. A lovely place for a late Saturday afternoon lunch. Excellent craft beer selection. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Typical pub fare and décor. I had the fish and chips and it was excellent, as was the service. Good value for money.

Always a good meal. Great beer selection. Corned beef and cabbage on Thursday. Live music on the weekends. Plenty of seating inside and out.

Aidan's Pub is one of the best bars in Bristol for food and drinks. The manager Rich has been running this place for some time now. The wait staff is always great and on their game, and the food is consistently good. Most of the items on the menu here are made fresh, from the chowda and fish&chips, to the... More

I guess it can be a curse when you're a popular place because this place has been insanely crazy every time I've gone no matter the season. The food is pretty good for the prices, but it can be tough to find a waitress at times. The noise level is deafening when super busy due to the cramped size inside.... More

I went here last October and my memory is that it was nothing special. I order a soup and had to ask the waiter to take it back to the kitchen put it in the blender and then heat it in the microwave

A great place to eat and drink. Well prepared and presented food and a good selection of beers. Make a reservation if you want to be sure of a table in the right place.

Aidan's seemed to be very popular and the atmosphere was great. However, we were there for a meal and not for the beer. I ordered the Thursday special..corned beef and cabbage. You would expect that an Irish pub would be able to produce a yummy, succulent boiled dinner. But, no, the meat was dry and the potatoes and carrots were... More

Great beer selection on tap and bottled. Two outside seating areas, first floor and upstairs make it a perfect spot for summer beer and lunch/dinner. It's a walking distance from the Bristol's waterfront, very reasonably priced and the menu choices are plentiful.

I visited here for the first time. And I just loved it. Great old English bar, same atmosphere as I have seen at similar bars in England. The food is awesome!! And the prices are very cheap and reasonable. The chowder is great. And I could not stop eating the meatloaf madness. You also have your choice of inside or... More

The wait staff is very knowledgeable on the items on the menu. My daughter graduated from the local college in May 2015. I had a reservation for 3 but we were ready to arrive sooner. I called them, they couldn't guarantee as it was PACKED with all the other graduates and the families. But, when the six of us came... More
