If there is a better place to have lunch on a beautiful September day than along the water, I don't know what it is. This spot filled the bill for our day-trip to Bristol. I chose Thames for location and based on reviews, and we were not disappointed. Our server was excellent and pointed out menu items without us asking.... More

We stopped in for lunch on a beautiful September day. There is outside seating on the first floor as well as on a deck upstairs. We sat in the sun and our waitress brought an umbrella to provide some shade. There were tables in the shade as well as in the sun. There is a nice drink menu and food... More

This is a great setting for a pleasant meal. Be sure to try the clam chowder. It's a tasty potato soup base with LOTS of tender clams. Be adventurous and order the 'stuffies'- a delicious stuffed clam. The menu has a wide variety of choices, so you'll be sure to find something to try while you enjoy the incredible view.

The outside atmosphere/dining on water is great. The food is ok/average. Stick to ordering Sandwiches/Fish/Pizza and you will be fine(portion size was ok). I have been twice for dinner. The first time was a forgettable experience, the second time was much better. The waitress we had was very attentive and nice, it was a busy Sunday in there. We had... More

Awesome location! If you time it right, you will get to watch the sail boat classes and/or races while the sunsets. They have a great roof top with a bar! Food here is average.

They don't take reservations, but we called ahead for a table and they had one ready for our party of five when we arrived a 1/2 hour later. There are tables inside and outside under an awning with a nice view of a bay inlet. We were there for a Sunday lunch and the menu was fairly typical. A calamari... More

In downtown waterside you can find this waterfront restaurant with outdoor dining. The seafood is great and the service fast and nice. Try the local clams with french fries.

We chose this place because it was close to where we parked and on the water...didn't even read a review this time. So, for those reasons it didn't disappoint. View and Drinks were thoroughly enjoyed here. Food....eh. Everything our party of 4 had was "ok." The french fries were excellent, though. Service was slow....it was one of those times where... We had a late lunch at this nice restaurant on the water. It was a bit chilly the day we were there, so we sat downstairs but still had a lovely view of the water and the boats. We decided to split the Fish and Chips. It was the worst ideal I’ve had in a long time. The fish was... More
