Our experience with Homewood Suites is usually exceptional. However, this stay was somewhat disappointing. I would first like to mention that the hotel staff was great. The rooms were very clean and spacey, fit 5 super comfortably! This a great place for families. They also offer to do grocery shopping for you! The staff is super friendly! Try Homewood Suites, for once and you won't go any where else! The breakfast they serve is great,covering all types of Items. The room is super large, with a king bed if you want, and you can book the room and the car all though Jet Blue also.

I stay at this once in a month and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Every evening the hotel serves snacks and drinks and that provides a very relaxed environment to unwind after long day of work. The rooms are very spacious and gives a home like feeling. I love to stay at this hotel.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. The suite was perfect for us and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for 7 days and the entire experience was excellent. The location was really good for getting to the places we planned to go. The complimentary breakfast was very good and always fresh.

Typical hotel, chose due to kitchenette. Maintenance responded/fixed issues the same day they were reported to front desk staffs attention: e.g. dishwasher wasn't draining completely, water dripping from freezer into fridge, loose toilet seat, strike plate missing from door frame, etc. Treadmills could use a tune-up. Room cleaning inconsistent: some days they left popcorn, shampoo, bar soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen... More 

Great hotel but have to work on the air quality, cleanliness, and furniture up grades. I would still come back to this hotel and recommend them to friends and family. I hope that they will improve the cleanliness and the air quality of the rooms. The older furnitures needs to be upgraded as well but not as important as cleanliness... More 

The staff was extremely helpful in providing us comfort. Fantastic location for access to Newport, only half hour away. Several wonderful restaurants close by. Very easy to find off of highway. Excellent breakfast with different options each day.

This hotel served it's purpose as far as having the space we wanted- 2 bedrooms. The rooms are dated, the sheets had old blood stains and the comforter had fresh makeup stains- it was obviously not changed. Breakfast was mediocre. Not what we expected for the price and for a Hilton.
