First time staying here and won't be the last! the room was overlooking the ocean, nice size and very clean. 2 pool and a beach. does not get better than that!! Oh, and a huge deck, munchies, lunch and a bar. The location is PERFECT....just minutes away from the bustle of downtown Plymouth. Everyday we headed in to take in... More

We stayed here for the first time last Friday. A bunch of friends took the ferry to Provincetown and then spent the night at PS. None of us had ever stayed here before. Everyone loved it! Spectacular view, clean comfortable rooms, well maintained hotel with everything you need. The grounds are well kept, the pools are immaculate and they offer... More

FIRST IMPRESSIONS The pilgrim sands is not a chain hotel by any means….but…that’s it’s best part. It has charm, that is lacking in newer type hotels. The rooms and furnishing are a bit dated, but extremely clean…actually immaculate. There are no key cards here….a real key opens the door… The staff is very polite and helpful. The property well maintained... More

We stayed here for two nights with small children, from check-in to check out they made us feel welcome. The rooms are big, could use some updating, but very spacious and super clean. The kids loved the two pools and hot tub, but there favorite was the beach! Loved walking the beach looking for shells and sea glass. The continental... More

First off, I'll say that the service here is dismal. Staff didn't seem to care and t didn't even get a simple 'thank you' when checking out. I splurged a bit because I thought that staying on the beach would be a treat - despite reviews saying the place is run down. The room was very, very basic. Like Motel... More

Stayed here this week with my family and parents. Needs updating yes, but rooms are larger than normal, comfortable beds, pool area clean, nice indoor and outdoor seating area, highlight access right to the beach. We were able to leave our door open at night and listen to the waves. Housekeeping was timely and attentive. Sad to see our week... More

Booking was super easy over the phone. When we arrived staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Large indoor pool was very clean and the jacuzzi was top notch. Had a nice dining area and good views of ocean. Lots of beach to walk was what attracted us initially but the hotel is really a... More

The hotel is situated just a couple of miles outside Plymouth. The hotel is right on the beach providing some fantastic views. The room was clean and comfortable and a good size. The hotel has both an indoor and out door pool. Although they both looked inviting we never used them. The hotel provides a free continental breakfast, which was... More

My family stayed at this hotel on our way to a concert at the Melody tent in Hyannis MA. We were reluctant at first because the price for a room was much less than others in the area, yet it was on the ocean. We were very impressed with everything about the property. The staff was very courteous. The bartender... More

The hotel is located on a beach - well, on a beach that disappears at high tide, anyway. Seems to be a favorite spot for many to vacation. Has a busy restaurant/bar scene and a nice terrace/patio for eating/drinking/relaxing. The room was a typical motel room in both the size and furnishings. Were it not for the season and the... More
